Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supports and drives service promise in team.  Creates urgency and monitors accuracy of teams work
  • Communicates changes and issues discussed in daily production meeting with team
  • Backlog-monitor open orders and machine h ours.  Review requests for move ups
  • Close out all pending items not automatically closed by order processing
  • Control green sheet process
  • Monitor customer complaints and fill out root cause analysis.  Review with associates
  • Continuous systems training
  • Development plans

High School Diploma or GED required College degree in Business, Organizational Management, Supervision or related field preferred.  Four years of customer service experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. Good organizational, analytical and communication skills. Excellent problem solving and leadership skills. Internal and external customer focus. Computer literacy with Amtech and Windows applications preferred. Ability to read and write English. Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and working with fractions.

Work Environment:

The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as Safety Glasses with Side Shields, mandatory hearing protection and steel toed shoes. Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
