We operate three different shifts (1st, 2nd and 3rd), with the majority of our openings on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Our associates enjoy an atmosphere of safe and clean working conditions. Our production jobs range from box assembly to operating technical machines. Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting internal and external customers, with accountability for on time, accurate deliveries order entry, internal and external communication, managing bookings, and continuous system of process improvement.

Must prioritize and meet deadlines while remaining flexible in a high volume, rapid turn-around, production environment.


Key Responsibilites:

  1. Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external customers and vendors, initiates contact with and/or responds to customer inquiries regarding accounts, products or services
  2. Initiates orders with the customer or recommends order changes based on account and manufacturing knowledge
  3. Coordinates and supports information flow within external and internal business.
  4. Builds or develops order specifications and communicates costs.
  5. Handles multiple tasks simultaneously, using priority management skills
  6. Works in a team environment to meet business objectives and goals.
  7. Maintains excellent records. Works with other business team members to reconcile customer accounts, works with quality department to investigate customer complaints using problem solving techniques and sound judgment.
  8. Uses basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets databases and other applications as necessary
  9. Receives, processed, and confirms orders in a timely and accurate manner
  10. Assure all details for the proper handling of each order is clearly indicated per guidelines
  11. Monitoring the order process to ensure that customer deliveries are made according to commitments and with forecast allocation
  12. Responds to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  1. Understands and interprets machine center backlog
  2. Functioning user of CTI/Amtech (or current) operating system.
  3. Ability to use email communication.
  4. Needs to be able to communicate effectively both verbally and via email.
  5. Effectively use all aspects of Microsoft Office

The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas were under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as Safety Glasses with Side Shields, Safety Shoes, and mandatory hearing protection. Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
