Responsible for answering the company phones and greeting visitors. Serve as the first point of contact for new visitors and callers to the company.

  1. Answer the phones in a friendly, helpful, and efficient manner.
  2. Greet vendors, customers, applicants, etc., and direct them to the appropriate company personnel.
  3. Keep track of the whereabouts of key personnel and process their calls and messages.
  4. Open and distribute company mail and assist in other departments as needed with filing.
  5. May have certain accounting/bookkeeping functions.
  6. Company with company policies and procedures.
  7. Additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  1. High Scholl diploma or GED
  2. Two years general office experience
  3. A friendly, professional image and demeanor.
  4. Experience with MS Word.
  5. Good Phone voice and demeanor.
  6. Excellent speaking and phone communication skills
  7. Candidates are PREFERRED who offer the following:
    • At least 6 or more months of experience as a front desk receptionist.
    • Two or more years experience with MS Word and Knowledge of MS Excel
    • Self-motivated; ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Spanish as a second language a plus.
